Traffic can be completely free by working and implementing, Laziness don’t count. |Andres Amador|

"One has to remember that every failure can be a stepping stone to something better."
Col. Harland Sanders

If you’re new to traffic exchanges or even a pro user of many years there are many helpful tips of using them and how to become very profitable with them. Everyone I know involve in this traffic exchange resource, have many available and helpful tips that will encourage you to participate in such.

The one that is always talked about is on how to make money with traffic exchanges. And as I have read, every available tip known, it all comes down to two choices, either to invest your Time or Money.  As I have talked in previous articles, that work is a must for every business to achieve a certain level of success, since money does not grow on trees. But investing your Time and Money in traffic exchanges, you will definitely see the fruits of your labor grow as you apply and follow, all the tips that you have learned, because traffic exchanges do work.

You must also have a plan in place, because just like I said, building a business is like constructing an apartment building, and one of the apartments is your Traffic exchange source, so respected also and treated like a business. Now, if you think that sitting on your computer for a few hours, looking at other people’s promotions could be boring and useless, and then this must not be the right source for you. But if you do not have the funds available to advertise your business, this is the best way to go about it and you could make it profitable one.

A traffic exchange is one of my best resources available to bring members to my email list. I like to surf and learned from other people’s promotions, get ideas, see what they have to say, see what is available in the market arena. I actually have learned and got different ideas from such that once implemented have brought me members to my email lists. And I am also profiting from them.

Now you have heard the saying, “different strokes from different folks,” well, I do not follow the crowd sort of speaks, because one thing in traffic exchanges is the ability to be unique and to brand yourself.

So my first tip will be - Always stick out from the herd. With users quickly surfing through pages you need something fast loading that grabs attention. This often times means using your own custom built splash page. While splash pages you can create on some of these free programs are nice, nothing quite beats a professionally done splash page or squeeze page.

I listen and learned, and what I learned could be describe in this paragraph of encouragement from the owner of Traffic Hoopla, Bill Carr, “Getting started, traffic building, is like building a business, it’s hard work, and it will take time.  However, if you will do it, you will reap, and the harvest is worth it. This is numbers games no matter how you look it.  On average, from the best exchanges, you will see one new signup for every 400 to 1000 hits.  Think big picture, get into a daily routine, and build one on the other.  At some point, as you discover a handful of active people, you will see your results multiply. Think of your work today as a new farmer planting seeds for a harvest.  I know a few things about planting and growing.  As a new farmer, if I go today and plant a few seeds, then return complaining of no harvest, all the successful farmers would laugh. And if I did it again tomorrow, the next day, and a few weeks more, the response would be the same.  It is simply unrealistic to achieve success overnight, or in weeks, or in months, for farming, for traffic building, or any business, online or off. Every once in a while, a newcomer arrives with deeper pockets than the rest of us.  They enter, setup up their Hoopla, upgrade, and buy a lot of signups.  At some point, after a few months and 50 to 100 signups, they throw up their hands and proclaim it does not work. But as is common, the account remains, and at some point, a year or two later, the person returns to discover a massive indirect down line.  This means a handful of their direct referrals became very active, and everything soon multiplied.  This is all good, for everyone.  But just imagine if this person never stopped, and their direct referrals were hundreds?”

So this brings me to the second tip - Always build your list! If you’re not capturing your visitors’ information it's going to be VERY hard to get that user to ever visit your site again. Building your list allows you to keep in touch with these visitors and promote future products and services to them. This will increase your down lines at that program with much less effort.

Well, for the last tip - Don't spend all day surfing. While it’s fun and rewarding  you only need to surf a few hundred to keep your sites in rotation (granted your upgraded) your other time can be spent enjoying life or finding other means of driving traffic to your sites expanding your audience. While this is a good tip, I usually engage in surfing a lot, especially if this is working for me. I learned, apply, track, test, change, and test again.

Every entrepreneur, to achieve any amount of success should be motivated. Motivation comes from passion. Every book published or e-book that deals in money making and motivation screams passion – the most important ingredient in any successful entrepreneur. Similarly, when you think about going after that extra income, you have to create a burning passion to do so. It will keep your fire glowing for a long time, at least till the first results become apparent. An entrepreneur should strongly believe in himself and his capabilities. One should have the ability and courage to make independent decisions and abide by them. This would be your most valuable asset yet. Your online business needs your approval heart and soul; otherwise success will keep eluding you and so will the extra income you planned from it.

Being flexible with working hours, being energetic, planning wisely, focusing on short-term objectives and stress control are hallmarks of a successful home business owner. If you think you lack in any of them, practice till you make these attributes a part of your involuntary senses. Discipline to start is very important but to know where to stop is more important. Do not overwork or stress up yourself to the point of not stopping. It will only burn out your imagination and render you useless for some time to come.

Building your business is more important than earning money out of it. As your business sustains and grows, the money you earn from it automatically grows. Knowledge earned does not cost a cent here but will help in decision making in all spheres of independent life. Last but not the least, fear of failure and not failure itself leads to most failures. Keep trying, look at failure as a part of learning and appreciate your benefit of knowledge from it. Learn from your mistakes, a lesson we have learnt in primary school. What to take away from this... Never put all your eggs in one basket and always stick out in a positive way to other surfers

The Benefits of starting a Home Base Business.

Starting a Home Base business is exciting, but can be a scary thought for most people. A lot of people look at a home base business as something that will restrict them from doing things. In reality, a home base business is actually a tool that could help you financially so you are able to buy and do the things that are important to you in your life. One of the best personal tips you can employ and advice today would be to start a home base business. Start by developing your Business Operations Manual

How to attain success with your online home business is a subject that can easily give you information-overload. However, applying just a few fundamental rules will inevitably lead you to success. I guide myself with this recipe I found for home based business owners and the ingredients are as follow:

2 cups Planning
1 tbsp Funds
1 Product – to begin with
1 cup Diligence
1/2 cup Patience
2 cups Persistence

1. Planning:

This is the foundation on which you will be building your business, so it stands to reason that you should spend a good chunk of time on this.

Starting a Business Process and Why is it Important?

If you can master five basic process management, systems and organization tools, it will make things a lot easier for you. Remember that investing time and energy into developing and maintaining sustainable business processes and systems that keep your day-to-day activities organized sets you up for success.

Start by making a comprehensive list of your administrative and operational procedures; and then outline what is required to carry out each procedure on a daily or weekly basis. Include tasks and information on topics such as client intake, marketing strategy (both traditional and social media activity), networking, time keeping, business expenses, and any process. Then carry it out from start to finish based on your documentation, so don’t leave anything out.

Once you have your systems and procedures documented, tracking step-by-step work on a task will ensure you don’t miss anything, which not only saves time but can help you to avoid errors.

Business resources are just as important as business documents. Create and maintain a database to track your system access, memberships, affiliate programs and passwords. Be sure to include the name of the system/organization, URL, login, password, costs and expiration date. For security reasons it is a good idea to password protect this file.

This business process is essential for managing your business; the system does not need to be complicated –it is easy to set a schedule and hold yourself accountable for getting it done. . Regardless of what solution works best for you, be sure to re-visit and update your systems and processes regularly. In the beginning, quarterly reviews are recommended but once your business is up and running smoothly, yearly reviews are sufficient. Set a reminder on your calendar if you need to. With any luck you will create systems and processes from the beginning that can sustain growth and only need tweaking as your business grows.

One final thought. We all get caught up working “in” our business rather than working “on” it, but developing tools to keep your business organized will not only eliminate some of that tendency, but serve as a skill to attract new clients. Creating systems and processes that are easily repeatable and sustainable as business increases should become a top priority and a best practice.

The clock is ticking so don’t lose another minute!

Then what is the Most Important Feature Your Business Needs to Use on the Internet?

So you’ve got your business online and now you’re wondering where to go next. Well look at this from the standpoint of what your most valuable asset would be in your business, offline or online. What if I took away all your customers and all your potential customers. Would you still have a business? So if we had to boil marketing on the internet down to one most important feature that would hands down be your customer and leads lists. What does that look like in terms of online marketing? It’s your email list.

If you do nothing else on the internet it’s important that you build your customer and potential customer database. With programs like 12SC it is easy to build multiple email lists of people who are interested in what you have to offer but are not quite ready to buy. It is also easy to put those who’ve bought from you into email lists either manually or through a bit of automation.

How do you build an email list?

Well this will bring us to probably the second-most important feature of an online business. That would be your website. Using a website to market your business is going to have a large impact on your ability to sell and to collect new leads. With a website you can give people as much information as they need to tell them WHY they should join your email list and what value you will be providing to them. You should also create a squeeze page or opt in page as it is called. This is a landing page which has an opt in form to capture your lead’s first name and email. The only information you are seeking at this time is first name and primary email. You must offer a free giveaway to tempt your lead to subscribe to your list. Once they do so, they get a freebie and you get to market to them as long as they are on your list. This is how you grow a targeted responsive community of people who want to be in your space, but that’s the easy part. You must continually build a relationship with your list to keep them there. Make offers from time to time but always provide value and build the relationship with your list. How often you email your list is going to depend on how much value you can provide to them and how many emails that will take. If you can provide value only once every two weeks then do it. If you need to email three times a week because you have so much value to share then do it.Just keep watch and judge the reaction of your list and make adjustments from there. If you are losing a lot of subscribers then you’ll know it’s time to adjust. If you are getting lots of positive reactions then you’ll know you’re on the right track. Overall building an email list is one of the most valuable assets you can have in your business. If you take the time to do it right you will build long term relationships that will last for years and provide you with fiercely loyal customers.

2. Funds:

Let’s face it, you will need money to a certain extent if you want to start a business, be it online or offline. Your available capital will also determine how long it will take to get your business rolling. The more funds you have, the less time it will require to get your business up and going. The fewer funds you have, the more time you will need to invest in the preparation and marketing of your business.

3. Product:

If you’re going to run a business, you naturally need a product. This can either be your own product, or one created by another person or business.

4. Diligence, Patience and Persistence:

One thing that many people starting an online business don’t reckon with is that it’s like creating any other offline business. Nothing happens instantly. There is no silver bullet. The “overnight millionaire” dream is a fantasy – it simply doesn’t exist. Everybody has to take a “first step”. Once you’ve taken your first step, you then have to take your “second step”. And the only way you can finally walk is to keep at it – step by step.

Be diligent – don’t be lazy. Learn, Apply, and keep connected.

Be patient – don’t expect anything to happen instantly. Marketing and promoting your business can be a lengthy endeavor, and you will need to give your actions time to mature. But with patience and persistence, you will eventually reap the benefits.

Diversify. You will need more than one advertising source to get your business going. But don’t think of each source as a business. Think of them all together as your business.

It can be like constructing an apartment building. Each apartment is a source, and together they form a building – your business. And, once you have laid a strong enough foundation, you can take your building as high and as wide as you like. That’s the hidden secret to online success. By learning and implementing as your build your business and putting all together, you will be one more step ahead from everyone, by sharing what your learn, and that is giving value back to the community.

We are being face with some drastically changes in our times. |Andres Amador|

God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7, page 1199

My daily routines have change because the world is moving fast. As I wake up every morning to my 12 second commute (my home Office). My first step is to turn on the computer and login to perform my daily activities for that day.

The first thing that pops up to my screen is my home browser. And as I look at the main screen, there are plenty of bad news all around the world. With today’s internet technology, news could travel fast than the speed of lightning. Those old days were you have to read a newspaper is almost gone.

It sad to say that the only news now days, is always a bad news. From wars in the Middle East and talks about terrorism, that is frightening not only our nation security, but all over the world. Since the 9/11 terrorism attack to our nation, things have not been the same for many, especially for those who were affected personally.

But, the changes of our world are not just the effect of the world around us, but also in our own life’s. I remember as I was brought up as a child, moral issues were a constant reminder of our peers, as we were growing, respect, was the main lesson in our life. I think that those moral issues are soon disappearing in today youth generation. From the recently high school shooting, to the killing of babies by their own mother, has become the next best news for the newscaster.

I too have experience a real change in our youth generation, just take a look when an old lady is trying to get to a store an open up a door that is not an automatic one. If there is one person that is willing to help this lady by offering in kindness to open the door, is a minimal chance. I have seen this. In my old child days, the best moral thing to do was to help this old lady with kindness and open the door for her, without expecting something in return, but her own thank you blessing.

I can go on, and on about this moral issues, but we certainly need a change or a call for  help to this future generation, a generation that will bring us a future President of the United States, a governor, a lawyer, a doctor, a teacher. The outcome of this will also depend to the future of the world to the next millennium.

I certainly have tried to find answer to all this common problems. And one book that I read daily is book number one seller seek by millions every day, “The Bible”. I cannot explain why our system education has voided this from the curriculum activities offer to our generation. There is plenty of comfort, knowledge and wisdom in this book. You don’t really have to look at it as a religion point of view, but you could find all the answers to all your daily problems, including our future.

Do you remember the town you were raise, or city, suburb, 40 years ago? I do, things were calmer, but the neighborhood was always active. Everyone new everyone, neighborhoods were full of kids playing some type of sports, parks were full, bicycle riding was an afternoon activity. There was more space on the streets to park your cars, and plenty of space to play.

You got to agree with me that those days are not the same for our generation, as our population has double or even triple in our last decades. We are expanding more, looking for more space to live, and broken barriers of natural wonders are broken. As we now called a Climate Change.

I am a small business owner, but I am also a Single father of two now teenage kids growing into this trouble world. My task has not been easy, as I play the role of a Father and Mother. I am glad to say that my teenage kids have grown without the difficulties that most of our young generation face today, gangs, drugs, and the high rate of drop outs from high school.

AS I have learned to grow my personal development skills, I have comprehended on how to apply these same methods of discipline in my own personal life. With my kids, I try to explain the fact that the only way to live your life is the right way, and the first words that come out of my mouth are, Love, Honor, Obedience, Sacrifice and righteousness.

As my personal development skill grows, great ideas just surge within my brain. I guess my thoughts are finally realizing that without that positive thinking and faith, things could get drastically overwhelmed with sorrow and anguish.

As I explain this, even with all the education I had, I have found a better purpose for my life and I hoped and wished you too could generate and distinguish that specific goal within your life. Find yourself, get your thoughts together, and start thinking positive. You too could have a tremendous impact to give back to your community or for that matter, our World.

I would like to finish with this last quote:

“The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success”

In your success,

The Crucial Things You Need To Do To Build your List. |Andres Amador|

"When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't

adjust the goal, adjust the action steps."
--Confucius

Online marketing may have developed a sudden surge these past few years, but many in the know how have felt its rise even from way then. As more internet based businesses are put up, the need to develop new marketing skills and knowledge based on this new medium have arisen. More and more marketing strategies are being discovered and developed to cope with the changing face of the business world.

The demand for online marketing tips and strategies have drastically grown and a new form of business has been born, internet marketing strategies. While there are companies that are all too eager to help your site and business build a clientele for a fee, there also many ways that can spread the word about your sites subsistence in a more cost freeway. One of this is Opt-in email marketing, also known as permission marketing.

Opt-in marketing requires the permission of a willing customer to subscribe to your marketing materials, materials that take form in newsletters, catalogs and promotional mailings via e-mail. The more opt-in marketing mail is sent, the more chances there is to bag sales and more sales. To do this, you must build a list of all those who wants to subscribe to your opt-in marketing list.

From your list, you will get your targeted customer, this is a good list since they already have shown interest in what you have to show and sell since they have willingly signed in for your list. These are the people who have liked what they have seen in your site and have decided they want to see more and maybe even purchase whatever product or service your company and site has to offer.

Many people would think that building their lists would take hard work and a lot of time to build and collect names and addresses. This is not so, it takes a bit of patience and some strategies but in doing this list, you open your site and your business to a whole new world of target market. Take the effort to take your business to a new level, if traffic increase and good profits are what you want, an opt-in list will do wonders for your business venture.

There are many sources and articles in the internet available for everyone to read and follow in building a list. Sometimes they may be confusing because there are so many and there different ways. Different groups of people would have different approaches in building an opt-in list, but no matter how diverse many methods are, there are always some crucial things to do to build your list. Here are four of them.

1) Put up a good web form in your site that immediately follows the end of your content. While some may say this is too soon to subscribe for a website visitors application, try to remember that your homepage should provide a quick good impression. If somehow a website visitor finds something that he or she doesn’t like and turns them off, they may just forget about signing up.

A good web form for subscribing to an opt-in list is not hard to do. Just write a simple short statement about how they would like to see more and get updated about the site. Then there should be an area where they could put in their names and e-mail address. This web form will automatically save and send you the data’s inputted. As more people sign in, your list will be growing.

2) As mentioned in the first tip, make your homepage very, very impressive. You need to have well written articles and descriptions of your site. Depending on what your site is all about, you need to capture your website visitor’s fancy. Make your site useful and very easy to use. Do not expect everyone to be tech savvy. Invest in having good programming in your site, make your graphics beautiful but don’t over do it.

Don’t waste your time making the homepage too overly large megabyte wise. Not all people have dedicated T1 connections, the faster your site gets loaded, the better. Go for a look that borders between simplicity and sophisticated knowledge.

3) Provide good service and products. A return customer is more likely to bring in more business. Even then and now, a satisfied customer will recommend a business always. Word of mouth and recommendations alone can rake in more business than an expensive ad. As your clientele roster grows so shall your list. With more members on the list, the more people will get to know about what you have new to offer.

4) Keep a clean and private list. Never lose the trust your customers have entrusted you. If you provide e-mails to others and they get spammed, many will probably unsubscribe to you. Remember, a good reputation will drive in more traffic and subscribers as well as strengthen the loyalty of your customers.

With an overall growth of the internet marketing businesses, it might seem confusing for some, but, the idea of building an opting list has turn into reality for many. There are several companies out there that are willing to help you out with this method of advertising. The choice is of the individual’s purpose of seeing the benefit of such.

I have been working on my own for some time now, and found my 12 second commute, to be an extraordinary source for building your opting list.  They give you the opportunity to try their system for thirty days without any financial commitment.

I really recommend this source, since is been helping me accomplish this method of advertising with an ease for detail. I could guarantee you that as soon as you join, you will be ready and have ALL the tools necessary to take your business to a totally different level.

So, if you have not started yet, why don’t you give it a try? You will be overwhelmed about the services, training, and full cooperation from the community to help you get started on the right track. Remember, there is no financial commitment for a full thirty days.
