The Law of Compensation - determination to follow through effort.|Andres Amador|

Exchanges are a way of delivering ongoing traffic to your websites. The idea is very simple. All a person has to do is to post advertisements of their websites. People want to increase the popularity of their sites and deliver traffic to their offers. Some people are more than willing to exchange or share resources with others, so to speak.

Traffic is what a website needs to be successful. It is traffic that can provide the income a website needs to sustain itself. While setting up a website seems easy, driving traffic to it is actually the biggest problem of all.

There are different things you can post an in exchange with to other websites. You can post links, banners, content, and a whole lot of other promotional stuff. It is more about sharing what you have to other web masters so that they can share what they have to you in response. The most popular post in are in the form of URL's. Some te’s are actually requiring to put their link on the registration page when you subscribe. More often than not, te’s test your live links to see if it do not brake any frames before they accept the link for submission.

Exchanges can really do wonders for your site. If you have distributed your links or banners to a substantial amount of TE’s over the internet, even if only one unique person gets to click them everyday, you should be getting the results that you want.

Right now, there are countless of ways to drive traffic to a site. But even though there are a lot of strategies, none of them can guarantee you results overnight. Driving traffic to a site is still the hardest job there is when it comes to maintaining a business. Traffic can be obtained by advertising and promoting. But do you know that you can get people to visit your website just by creating a newsletter?

People surf the TE’s for various reasons. But more than anything, they are online because they want to gain some information about something. Some people want to research more about a product before buying. Others are looking for suggestions from other users. And there are those who surf the TE’s just to gain knowledge.

In The Law of Compensation article found in the September Issue of Success Magazine, Robery Kiyosaki shares what the Law of Compensation Is.

Robert Kiyosaki explains the Law of Compensation and shares his own personal experiences of how the law of compensation applied  to two particular circumstances of his life.

The law is explained as- (as applied to any activity) initially you will put out maximum effort for minimal results and eventually you will hit a point of minimal effort for maximum results.

Whether you're starting a new business, loosing weight (both which Robert Kiyosaki gives personal examples of) in the beginning you will be putting forth a lot of effort and only getting minimal results, but if you have the determination to follow through, you will come to a point where you only have to work a little to receive the maximum results.

Moral of the story- your hard work will pay off, and nothing happens overnight.
So, it is a long term process, you build a list, you share your knowledge, you keep on building with focus and determination, the fruits of your labor will pay off. Ongoing Traffic.

An online business cannot exist without large amounts of ongoing
daily traffic.  This is why we are here, this is why I encourage you
to build traffic first, and this is why I all do traffic building long term.

To your success,
Andres Amador
